When can I expect my order to arrive?

We try out best to ship out the items by the next business day. For USA customers, USPS First Class Mail takes between 3 to 5 business days and USPS Priority Mail takes between 2 to 3 business days. For International customers, we ship using USPS First Class Mail International. This takes a minimum of 7 to 10 business days. The delivery time may be delayed due to customs.

Do you ship internationally, non-USA customers?

Yes, we ship internationally. However, buyers must be aware of their countries customs laws when purchasing items from us. We are not responsible for customs rejecting or confiscating the items purchased from us. If you don't agree with these conditions, then PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

Our return policy is 100% money back for the product only, less the shipping cost, for any unopened and factory sealed products. Buyer is responsible for all costs of shipping the item back to us. Refund will be given upon our receipt of product. Tracking number must be provided for the returned package.
